Service Description

Our team at All Wood ADU in Boise will come to your property and assess location, lot size (this matters when deciding if you can build an ADU and what size), any potential hurdles to overcome in the permitting phase, neighborhood requirements (Boise has a strict policy on complimenting the existing home and neighborhood), and last but not least...we get an idea of your goals and vision in building an ADU! This is the first (but not required) step to owning your very own All Wood ADU! You will receive a customized report, highlighting every aspect of the evaluation typically the same day as your appointment. If we find out your property can't accomodate the ADU you've been dreaming of (this is rare), you will receive a full refund for the evaluation.
